Access to and use of nx888 is strictly conditional on the following eligibility criteria being met at all times.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use nx888. This requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
nx888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the membership lifecycle and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of nx888's compliance team.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on nx888. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. nx888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to apply any winnings or bonuses generated across those accounts to an offsetting adjustment.
During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the nx888 support team. Any Real Funds Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.
nx888 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all Members before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above defined thresholds.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of full document submission. nx888 may request additional documentation in complex cases, in which case the timeline will be communicated to the Member directly. No currency conversion is applied by nx888; Members should be aware that their payment provider may apply conversion rates if the funding source is denominated in a currency other than IDR.
nx888 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers an AML flag may be delayed pending investigation. nx888 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Member.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nx888 are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Real Funds are used before Bonus Funds on all bets until the Real Funds Balance reaches zero.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through to the required turnover threshold within the promotional validity period specified in the individual promotion terms will be forfeited automatically. nx888 will provide reasonable notice of expiry where technically practicable.
nx888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or colluding with other Members.
One bonus per household/IP: Only one welcome bonus or new-member promotion may be claimed per household, IP address, device, and payment method, regardless of the number of registered accounts detected at that address or on that device.
All bets placed on nx888 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. nx888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event result has become known or where system errors have generated incorrect odds.
A bet will be declared void where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned and not replayed within the settlement timeframe specified in the market rules; (b) the bet was accepted in error due to a palpable odds error; or (c) the bet relates to an event the outcome of which was knowable to the Member at the time of placement. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Account at the original stake amount.
nx888 takes reasonable steps to display accurate odds and game parameters at all times. However, in the event of a palpable error — defined as an odds quotation that is obviously incorrect relative to the prevailing market — nx888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
